 Shipping Policy

• Processing time for HAIR is 3-7 business days. Shipping time is 3-5 business days (standard). WE DO NOT OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING. Please note "business days” DO NOT include WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS! 

• You will be sent an email once your hair has left our vendor's facility. Hair on hand that is ready for pickup will be posted on our Instagram page @theboujiefactory & displayed in the section titles “Hair On Hand”

•  Processing time for LASHES & WIG SUPPLIES is 1-2 business days. Shipping time is 3-5 business days (standard).  WE DO NOT OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING. Please note "business days” DO NOT include WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS! 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

• We do not offer refunds. Once you purchase and submit your order you will not be granted a refund. Therefore, READ and ask any questions you may have. To protect our staff, facility and future customers we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges.
